The open layout of the building fosters a strong connection with the outdoors. Large glass panels allow natural light to flood the interior while offering expansive views of the surrounding garden and landscape. Vertical louvers positioned along the eastern corridor serve the dual purpose of blocking direct sunlight and providing a subtle sense of privacy.

Concrete, wood, and glass are the primary materials thoughtfully selected for the entire project. The contrast between the raw, textured surface of concrete and the softness of light-toned wood and transparent glass creates a neutral foundation, allowing users to personalize the interior space according to their individual preferences.

Cấu trúc mở của công trình giúp tạo sự kết nối với không gian bên ngoài, các tấm kính lớn cho phép ánh sáng tự nhiên tràn ngập vào bên trong đồng thời cung cấp tầm nhìn rộng mở ra khu vườn và cảnh quan xung quanh. Hệ lam đứng bố trí dọc hành lang hướng đông vừa mang chức năng cản nắng vừa tạo ra tính riêng tư vừa đủ.

Bê tông, gỗ và kính là vật liệu chủ đạo được cân nhắc sử dụng cho toàn bộ công trình, sự kết hợp giữa tính thô ráp của bê tông tương phản với tính mềm mại của gỗ sáng màu và kính trong suốt tạo ra một lớp nền cơ bản để người sử dụng tùy biến không gian nội thất theo sở thích cá nhân.
