The combination of open spaces with living areas enclosed by layers of glass walls and breathable concrete blocks creates a balance between privacy and connection to the surrounding environment.

The steel-framed roof, covered with polycarbonate panels, evokes the image of drifting clouds, adding a sense of lightness and fluidity to the overall space. Beyond its visual appeal, the roof also functions as a protective layer, shielding the outdoor area from sun and rain.

The staircase acts as a vibrant focal point within the design—both a circulation element and a visual highlight. It connects different volumes of the building and turns the transition between spaces into a dynamic and engaging experience.
